Christy founded the studio in 2010 to create a premier youth performing arts center in Clarksville. Accredited by Dance Masters and Dance Educators of America, Christy holds a BA in Dance/Theater, an MA in Christian and Performing Arts, and is a licensed Christian counselor and ordained minister.
With over 40 years of experience, Christy’s students have achieved success as collegiate dancers, professional performers, and fine arts educators. Her choreography has earned national recognition, and CAST Troupe teams consistently win top awards at regional and national competitions.
A former Miss America Organization performer and current State Director for the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant, Christy is passionate about inspiring young artists to achieve their dreams.

Marcie’s journey in the competitive dance world began as a dedicated dance mom when her daughter started dancing at the age of four. Recognizing a need at CAST & Crowns, she stepped in to help develop a nonprofit that gives back to the community. With an extensive background in business as a Corporate Compliance Director, Marcie saw this as an opportunity to expand her expertise into new areas.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Passionate about making a difference, she has recently been accepted into the Grant Certification Program at Austin Peay to further support CAST’s mission.

Hi, I’m Jessica Schacht-Hayes. Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! I grew up training under Mrs. Christy and had the incredible experience of competing alongside my duet partner, where we became regional and national champions five years in a row. In high school, I was both a varsity dance team member and a varsity cheerleader, as well as an active performer in show choir and summer musicals with Mrs. Christy and my mom.

Beyond dance, I’m a certified massage therapist and the manager of The River Club Golf Course. But my most important role? Being a mom of two! When I’m not teaching or working, I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking. I’m so excited to share my passion for dance with the CAST & Crowns family!

Hi, I’m Celeste Boullion, and I’ve been passionate about dance since I was 2 years old! I have extensively trained in ballet, with professional credits in productions with Oklahoma City Ballet and Texas Ballet Theatre. In addition to ballet, I specialize in jazz, musical theatre, contemporary, and lyrical dance, and I’ve also studied musical theatre and various vocal styles.
When I’m not in the studio, I love watching Legally Blonde (my all-time favorite movie!) and enjoying Indian food. Dance has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m so excited to share my passion and experience with my students!

Hi, I’m Makayla Amero, and I’ve been dancing since I was 2 years old! I started with ballet and joined my first competition team at age 7. My favorite style of dance is lyrical because I love how it tells a story through emotion and movement.
Outside of dance, I’m a proud mom to my son, Giovanni (6 months), and stepdaughter, Mia (5). I also have two playful pups, Chi Chi (a German Shepherd) and Tasia (a Doberman-Rottweiler mix), my little “gremlins.” I’m a Disney fan at heart, with Beauty and the Beast as my all-time favorite movie, and I could eat sushi and mac & cheese every day!
Being both a dance teacher and a mother is my greatest joy, and I wouldn’t change it for the world! I love sharing my passion for dance and helping students grow in both skill and confidence.

Hi, I’m Naomi Jones, and I’ve been dancing since I was 7 years old! Growing up in a military family, I moved often but always found joy in dance. I started competing at age 10 and fell in love with all styles, though my passion lies in choreography—there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a dance come to life.
In high school, I was active in JROTC and served as cheer captain, which helped shape my leadership skills. Outside of dance, I work at the Youth Academy Child Care and love spending time with my family, friends, and my dogs.
Dance has always been my escape, and I’m so grateful to share my passion by teaching the next generation of dancers!

Hi, I am Chalan Sanders and I am a junior at Austin Peay State University majoring in Political Science, with plans to receive my associate degree in May 2025 and my bachelor’s in December 2025. Growing up in the performing arts, I have trained in dance, singing, acting, tumbling, and visual arts. I was a regional and national champion with CAST Show Troupe, trained at Broadway Dance Center in NYC, and attended the Starpower Power Pak Dance intensive. I was also a member of the APSU Dance Team, an All-Star UCA Cheerleader, and became a Certified Gold-Level Tumbling and Gymnastics Instructor. Now, I love sharing my passion by teaching private lessons in dance, leaps & turns, and tumbling at CAST & Crowns.
